The Voice coach has given fans two seasons full of remarkable covers on her Emmy-winning talk show. The way she delivered the last line of the song so softly is heartbreaking. The red lights add so much depth to the performance and the full band in the background also deserves some serious props.

Clarkson’s cover of “Tennessee Whiskey” is smooth just like a good shot of whiskey. One thing this cover does not lack is soul.
