We know by now that Adam Lambert is a king of all things flashy and fabulous. Now, he has decided to take his on-stage glam to the internet. Lambert is excited to share the first video in a series of makeup tutorials on YouTube. While Lambert is known for showing off bold makeup looks on stage, he thought it would be best to ease us all into his fierce finished product. His first video in a series of tutorials to come is titled "Natural Look." Using a variety of high end products, the flamboyant performer shows us how to achieve a soft glam look. Adam Lambert Teaches us the "Natural Look" The first step in the tutorial focuses on the brows. Here, Lambert used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo to fill in any sparse hairs. Next up, he lines his waterline with a champagne-toned eyeliner from Mac Cosmetics. The goal here is to brighten up the eyes. Following this step, he takes a concealer from Pat McGrath to prime his eyelids for shadow. On a fluffy brush, Lambert takes a neutral brown shade from the Nars Loaded Eyeshadow palette to define his crease. Using multiple brown shades, he build up the color on the outer corner to create more drama and definition. https:\/\/youtu.be\/Rh4Q3tlIpG8 After completing the eyes, he moves onto the skin. Taking that same Pat McGrath concealer, he places the product on his under eyes to to brighten and remove any dark circles. Using a foundation from the same brand, Lambert pumps the liquid formula onto the back of his hand. He then applies the product using a large foundation brush all over his face. Since he is a man, he stresses the importance to blending the makeup into his beard to take away any redness. The singer then uses the fan favorite Fenty Beauty Match Stix to contour his cheekbones before going straight to the highlight. Using the Skin Fetish highlighter, he applies the shimmer to the sop of his cheekbones to create a subtle glow. Following the application of all the cream products, he sets his face with a Fenty Beauty loose powder. Using a bronzer, he adds warmth back into the skin and pops on a bit of mascara before adding the finishing touch. In the final step, Lambert uses a beard oil to remove any makeup left over on his facial hair. From Scandal To Makeup Tutorials The American Idol runner up has for sure elevated his level of self expression since his time on the show. Since his 2009 AMA scandal, Lambert has been dedicated to living his true self as a queer artist. On his Instagram, you can see numerous examples of his passion for makeup. He shows new, unique glam at almost every event. In one of my favorite recent looks from the Queen performer, he rocks a bold red lip. While wearing a custom Dolce & Gabana suit, he coordinates the red accents in the clothing to his very bold makeup. He pairs the dramatic lip with a soft smokey eye, perfectly balancing the look. https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CQTYfTDLrry\/ Through and through, Lambert is a true performer and rising style icon.
