Ken Jeong Does ‘LEGO Masters,’ Jokes About All His FOX Projects
If you’re watching a show on FOX, the odds are pretty good that Ken Jeong will appear at some point. The Masked Singer judge had a cameo on LEGO Masters this week, and he joked about his ubiquity on the network.
Jeong appeared in a quick conference call with host Will Arnett and his boss, also played by Will Arnett. The comedian didn’t have much to do with the episode’s events, but it’s always fun to see him.
Ken Jeong Appears on ‘LEGO Masters’ on FOX
During this week’s LEGO Masters, Arnett got on a video chat with his boss. Brad Pitt was apparently meant to appear, but sadly he was a no-show. However, Jeong was able to make it to the chat. Arnett seemed surprised to see him there.
“Yeah, FOX puts me in everything they do, even their conference calls,” Jeong joked when he appeared on the screen, making the contestants laugh.
Arnett’s boss went on to inform the contestants that they would have to build their creations without a table. The boss then asked Jeong to join him on “an international sales call.” When he was gone, Jeong begged Arnett, “Please help me. Please help me. I need a break. Help me, Will.”
Jeong Has Become a FOX Staple This Year
It’s no wonder Jeong needs a break, considering how many FOX shows he’s appeared on. Obviously he’s been judging The Masked Singer since it premiered in 2019, along with Jenny McCarthy, Robin Thicke, and Nicole Scherzinger.
He also appeared as a judge on the spin-off show The Masked Dancer, with Paula Abdul, Brian Austin Green, and Ashley Tisdale. But that’s not all. He’s also the host of the FOX show I Can See Your Voice, in which contestants have to guess who is a bad singer and who is a good singer without hearing their voices.
His shows have even collided on social media. The Masked Singer Twitter account retweeted the LEGO Masters account on Tuesday night, writing, “Hiiii bestie!” about Jeong’s appearance on the show. Hopefully the star isn’t stretching himself too thin, and he can actually have some time off.
