Get ready to waltz your way across your living room for Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars this fall! The show has finally announced that the new season will air on September 20 at 8/7 CT.

‘Dancing With the Stars’ Sets Fall Premiere Date For Season 30

Tyra Banks is set to host Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. Once the premiere date announcement was made, pro dancers Brandon Armstrong, Sasha Farber, and Artem Chigvintsev were quick to comment on the news. Though no official cast announcements have been made yet, all three are strong contenders to return as pros for this huge season.

The group of pro dancers are typically announced first each season. Their celebrity dance partners are usually announced during a big reveal on Good Morning America a few weeks later. Sometimes, the show surprises fans by announcing a few of the celebrities before the big group reveal. AJ McLean and Kaitlyn Bristowe were announced as participants before the full cast reveal last season.

Season 30 is obviously going to be bigger and full of more twists than any of the shows other seasons. Banks teased that there will be several “twists and turns” this season that she originally wanted to implement last season. Many longtime fans have speculated that another all stars season could be in the works.

Is the Judging Panel Staying the Same?

Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough are expected to return as judges. After stepping away from television to focus on her autoimmune conditions, Carrie Ann Inaba is still a big question mark as to whether or not she will return to the judging panel. Banks has been very vocal about wanting Inaba on the show. She has been a favorite on the judging panel since the show’s first season.

“She was there way before I was,” Banks said. “So I’m gonna be begging her, ‘Please, baby, please! You gonna be there, right?'”

Among the rumored cast for Season 30 are The Bachelor’s Chris Harrison and Tayshia Adams. Hilaria Baldwin and Kamaru Usman have also caused speculation that they will be joining the show. Social media star Olivia Jade and American Idol’s Claudia Conway are other popular guesses for the cast.
